UK orders are shipped within 2 days (subject to availability) by Royal Mail for items under 6kgs and by Parcel Force for weights over 6kgs. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

Approximate costs for shipping outside the United Kingdom are as follows. Please note final cost will depend on size and weight of the parcel and this will be communicated to you separately before going ahead.
Orders under £20 = £5 shipping
Orders £20 to £29.99 = £10 shipping
Orders £30 to £39.99 = £15 shipping
Orders £40 to £59.99 = £20 shipping
Orders £60 to £100 = £25 shipping
Orders over £100 = £30 shipping
FREE Postage on all orders over £250.00
Returns Policy
Full refund (excluding postage) on items that are returned unused in their original condition and packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty we will provide a replacement on return of the item.
For all Armadillo Products please phone Armadillo Products Ltd direct on 01980 639796 before returning any goods. They will then arrange with you replacement or return as appropriate.
